Young Sub is a passionate and devoted leader. Since founding Infinity Consulting Inc in 2001, Young Sub has successfully managed the hotel membership programs in 9 luxury hotels in Seoul. He is an expert in developing hotel membership program and branding strategy. He is also an author of 4 internationally-recognized academic articles on hotel membership and 3 books on psychology.
